Full-time and Part-time temporary positions are available for Quality Evaluators to support a project at our Murray call center from May 3 through August 15, 2010.  Quality Evaluators will be responsible for evaluating a statistically valid, random sampling of calls to determine process adherence, accuracy and efficiency.

Complete training will be provided. 

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass an extensive pre-employment background check.

Candidates must also have the following skills:
  • Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to be self-motivated and self-managed.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional telephone customer service environment is preferred but not required.
