WANTED: Media and Measurement Manager
The Media and Measurement Manager is responsible for the creation, execution and management of online and traditional media plans.
Responsibilities:
- Define, manage and execute media plans, including but not limited to, search engine marketing and online media and promotions in order to achieve and surpass client business/marketing objectives
- Accountable for all media projects and each phase of the process: planning/buying, trafficking, optimization, and measurement analysis and ROI
- Works directly with the Client Service teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to plan and budget
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors and evaluate new opportunities for clients on an ongoing basis
- Evaluate, build and maintain relationships in the local, national, and international marketing, media, and vendor community
- Stay up-to-date on and advises clients of the latest trends in marketing/media and develop point of view documents on new trends or special opportunities
- Manage day-to-day communication with advertising partners to ensure partners have necessary creative, tracking URLs, reporting, and other materials necessary to execute and optimize advertising campaigns
- Translate client objectives and requests into insightful analysis and recommendations
- Provide online and traditional measurement strategy and planning
- Lead and manage relationships with analytics vendors
- Build and customize reports from various data sources
- Perform marketing analysis across site analytics tools, email, SEM, display advertising, social media and competitive intelligence
- Consult with clients and the team to determine tracking requirements based on KPI’s and fully document existing reporting infrastructure
- Distill large quantities of information into clear and concise insights, formulating actionable recommendations
- Contribute to the continuous development of data measurement and reporting methodology
- Provide competitive analysis
- Lead all relevant internal and external education initiatives as a subject matter expert
- Recommending new approaches based on campaign results and market conditions
Requirements:
- Experience in Planning, Executing, Managing and Reporting on all facets of online and traditional media campaigns.
- Strong research, analytical and negotiating skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks within set deadlines
- Able to present online media strategies internally and externally
- Experience with ad serving, ad servers or online campaign management tools
- Two to three years experience in a similar role
