Location: Salt Lake City
Advantage Human Resourcing is looking for positive, highly-motivated individuals to support our recruiting and training team at a prestigious client in Salt Lake City. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you would help one of the top companies in the country bring in the best and brightest talent. Job duties would include, but not be limited to:
· Managing and updating requisitions and recruiting database
· Coordinating vendor relationships
· Managing the entire candidate life cycle from posting jobs to coordinating the offer process
· Collecting, tracking and updating data and feedback from managers
Ideal candidates would have at least one year of experience working in an HR capacity, high-volume administrative role or great internship experience. Other requirements:
· A BA/BS degree (at least 3.0 GPA preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Six months to 3 years professional work experience in a corporate setting (or great internship experience if recent graduate)
· Strong organizational skills, ability to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
